Mapo tofu is a traditional Sichuan dish, but the traditional Mapo tofu is made from beef powder. There happens to be no meat in the house, and even no substitute pork. So we made this "Su Mapo tofu".
Food Material List
- 1 Lactone tofu 1 pieces
- 2 Vine pepper
- 3 Sichuan Pepper
- 4 Garlic
- 5 parapet County bean paste
- 6 Scallion
- 1 The combination of rattan pepper (green pepper) and pepper can bring out a more delicious flavor.
- 2 Cut tofu into small pieces, about 2 centimeters square is the best.
- 3 Chop garlic.
- 4 Chop the scallions and set aside.
- 5 Put a small amount of oil in the pot, small fire into the rattan pepper and pepper, burst out the fragrance, the rattan pepper and pepper out, leaving oil.
- 6 Two spoons of bean paste.
- 7 Stir-fry the bean paste with garlic. Add a little water.
- 8 Boil the sauce and pour in tofu.
- 9 Gently push the tofu away. Cook over low heat for five minutes.
- 10 Out of the pot, sprinkle with onions.
