Mapo tofu is a traditional Sichuan dish, but the traditional Mapo tofu is made from beef powder. There happens to be no meat in the house, and even no substitute pork. So we made this "Su Mapo tofu".

Food Material List

  • 1 Lactone tofu 1 pieces
  • 2 Vine pepper
  • 3 Sichuan Pepper
  • 4 Garlic
  • 5 parapet County bean paste
  • 6 Scallion

Operational steps
