Food Material List
- 1 Water tofu A block
- 2 Mushrooms Some
- 3 Bean sprouts Some
- 4 Streaky pork Some
- 5 Potato One
- 6 Tomatoes One
- 7 Pickled cabbage Some
- 1 Cut the pork into small strips. Pour in chili powder, sesame oil, garlic paste and marinate for 5 minutes.
- 2 Cut pickles into pieces, tomatoes in flakes, and set aside.
- 3 Cut tofu, potatoes and Lentinus edodes into pieces and set aside
- 4 Heat the oil in the pan, pour in the marinated meat, stir-fry the fragrance, add pickles and tomatoes, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
