This is a favorite dish to eat in a restaurant. I always want to try it. I have no courage. I finally made it today. Its not bad.
Food Material List
- 1 Tenderloin A kilo or so (I do a lot)
- 2 Ketchup 2 tablespoons
- 3 sugar 2 scoops
- 4 Vinegar Two scoops
- 5 Scutellaria baicalensis powder Half bowl
- 6 Raw Sauce Wine Pepper Salt A little each
- 7 Egg One
Operational steps
- 1 Slices of tenderloin meat (I cut it too thick), marinated with eggs, sauced with pepper and salt
- 2 Prepare tomato juice: half bowl of gouqin powder, add two spoons of tomato sauce, two spoons of vinegar, two spoons of sugar, mix well.
- 3 Fried tenderloin
- 4 Boil tomato juice, foam and stir, then add fried tenderloin! Pour out the pot into the prepared plate!
