This time of year seems to be my worst time! When eating, there is no appetite at all. Every meal looks like it doesnt want to eat, even sometimes they would rather go hungry than eat! Mainly because there is no appetite, simply can not swallow that meal! Its too hot. Its raining all the time these days. Its a bit stuffy. Operational steps
