Food Material List
- 1 Fresh pork ribs
- 2 Tomato sauce
- 1 Rinse spareribs and marinate them with soy sauce, salt and cooking wine (for children to eat or not to put) for an hour.
- 2 Add a little oil to the hot pot and fry the marinated spareribs until golden on both sides.

- 4 Sauce over high heat, add a little vinegar to the pot. (Do not stir-fry when out of the pot to avoid bad color.)
