Sweet Osmanthus and Sweet Cherry Blossoms

I always want to make fresh flowers, but every year I want to do it. Every year I miss the flowering season, and I want to eat my own greedy flowers. Without delicate flowers, I can only play with dried flowers and present the delicacy of the blooming season to everyone again. (Easy to do, not too many to do two at a time)

Food Material List

  • 1 Dried Osmanthus blooms 15g
  • 2 salted cherry 30g
  • 3 Maltose (for Osmanthus fragrans) 250g
  • 4 Maltose (for cherry blossoms) 100g
  • 5 Osmanthus honey (cherry blossom, other honey can also) 100g

Operational steps

  • 1 Soak cherry blossoms in boiled water with a slightly cooler temperature for 30 minutes. Change water once in the middle to remove salt. Sweet osmanthus soaks for 15 minutes. (The reason for soaking in this water is that it is not afraid of changing the color of the flowers, nor of soaking up the taste.)
