- 1 milk 80g
- 2 Egg 20g
- 3 Vanilla essence 14 spoons (1.25ml)
- 4 Berry sugar 30g
- 5 salt 14 spoons
- 6 Low-gluten flour 100g
- 7 Baking powder 1 teaspoon (5ml)
- 8 Corn oil 30g
- 1 Mix all wet ingredients, namely milk, eggs, corn oil, vanilla essence and sugar.
- 2 Mix all dry ingredients, namely salt, low gluten flour and baking powder.
- 3 Mix wet and dry ingredients well, put them into the mould, put them in the oven which has been preheated 180 degrees, bake for about 25 minutes (toothpick inserted and pulled out clean batter can be)
- 4 Whisk the cream cheese with fine granulated sugar. Fill it in a mounting bag and squeeze it on the cool Miaofu.
