This time I used digestive biscuits to make fragrant lemon cheese cupcakes. I like the sweet and sour taste.

Food Material List

1 Digestive biscuits 50g
2 butter 25g
3 Cream cheese 125g
4 Powdered sugar 23g
5 Egg 1
6 lemon 1
7 milk 40g
8 corn starch 10g

Operational steps

1 Soften the butter and mix it with crushed digestive biscuits.
2 Put 1 into the bottom of the paper mould to compact.
3 Soften the cream cheese at room temperature, add sugar powder and beat it with an egg beater.
4 Add eggs and beat well.
5 Add the whole lemon juice and mix well.
6 Add corn starch and mix well.
7 Add milk and mix well.
8 Pour the batter into the paper mould and fill it with about 9 cents.
9 The oven is preheated at 160 degrees. The middle layer is heated up and down. The oven is baked in water bath for 20 minutes. Refrigerate overnight after cooling, taste better.
