Tricolor Cookie Egg Tart

Food Material List

1 Low gluten flour 160g
2 One egg
3 100 g butter
4 45 grams of sugar
5 1 g salt

Operational steps

1 First mix the egg tart water and sift it evenly for two or three times. Refrigerate in a sealed refrigerator for an hour.
2 Soften butter at room temperature, stir well with sugar and salt until butter becomes lighter.
3 Add egg juice, sift in low gluten flour and mix well.
4 Divide into three equal parts of dough, add cocoa powder, Monascus powder and tea powder, mix well and refrigerate for two hours.
5 Divide the three-color dough into four parts and put them into the egg tart moulds separately. Refrigerate for half an hour.
6 Pour in sifted egg tart water and oven 220 degrees medium for 20 minutes.
