85 degree Walnut Bread is my favorite food. 10 yuan is not cheap. This time I bought a bread machine, and later I can make my own bread! What distinguishes me from others is that my bread is baked in an oven, which is much better than that baked in a toaster.^

Operational steps

1 [Feeding order is very important] Milk 170g microwave oven heated for 1 minute, poured into 100g cold milk, salt in the lower left corner, brown sugar in the upper right corner (can be replaced by sugar), add whole wheat flour, then add high gluten flour (high flour + whole wheat flour = 375g, whole wheat flour is not recommended to exceed 100g)

3 Let my servants bread machine knead the noodles, knead for about 30 minutes, add a small piece of softened butter (not hard or melted, but softened at room temperature), then knead for about 50-70 minutes, without checking the film condition, the bread machine will knead well. No need to open the bread machine, directly into the fermentation mode, fermentation to 2.5 times the size. I just wait for it to ferment quickly to the mouth of the barrel. It takes about 70 minutes.
4 After fermentation, let the bread machine knead the dough again, then add the broken walnuts and chopped cranberries, and then knead the dough slightly with the bread machine and mix evenly. Next, Im going to ferment in the oven. Ill spread the grease paper on the baking tray. Ill take half of the dough (about the size of 85 grains bread) and put it on the grease paper. Then Ill cover the surface of the bread with a fresh-keeping bag. Ill put it in the oven to open the fermentation mode and ferment it to 1.5 times the size.
5 Remove the fermented dough and tear off the preservation bag. Preheat the oven 200 degrees for 5 minutes. Bake the middle layer for 20-25 minutes. During the baking process, the bread will color for about 10 minutes. Remember to cover it with tin paper to prevent excessive coloring. After baking, the delicious whole wheat bread comes out of the pot.
