Wine-brewed soybean Bergamot

Food Material List

  • 1 Long eggplant 3
  • 2 soybean Appropriate amount

Operational steps

  • 1 Prepare 3 long eggplants and wash them. Cut each into three sections and then cut them into Bergamot with a knife from the side.
  • 2 Prepare some soaked soybeans. Bake them with water and drain them.

  • 9 Almost feel ripe (I always cook by feeling - haha) put in the wine, pour a few times into the plate;
  • 10 Can be sprinkled with some shallots or garlic seasoning, increase visual effects oh~~
