Food Material List
- 1 Watermelon rind 200g
- 2 Corn 12 roots
- 3 scallop 10g
- 4 Black fungus 2 flower
Operational steps
- 1 Cut the skin of watermelon into large pieces and peel off the old skin.
- 2 Cut the remaining cucumber peel into small cubes about 1 cm long.
- 3 Auricularia auricula foams in warm water and tears into small flowers.
- 4 Yao Zhu is foamed in warm water and torn into fine filaments.
- 5 Corn cut into small segments;
- 6 Put the honeycomb into the soup pot and add 1L water.
