Im from Zhaoyuan, Shandong Province. As far as Zhaoyuan is concerned, we all know about gold and fans. Every place has special snacks, or the dishes we can cook at home. This soy sauce is a must-do dish for Zhaoyuan people in winter. After making it, every time I eat, I put a bowl of pickles in it. Every time I eat it, I cant stop my appetite. Its too delicious to stop.

Food Material List

  • 1 peanut 500g
  • 2 soybean 500g
  • 3 Kelp 500g
  • 4 Coriander 250g
  • 5 Chinese cabbage 250g
  • 6 Ginger slices Appropriate amount
  • 7 Green Chinese onion Appropriate amount
  • 8 Sichuan Pepper Appropriate amount
  • 9 Big batch 3
  • 10 soy sauce Appropriate amount

Operational steps

  • 1 Soak peanuts and soybeans overnight in advance
